Our Services
-
Indigenous Birthworker Services
At The Hi•dubaɫ Baʔas, our fully trained and credentialed Indigenous birthworkers provide care and guidance throughout the entire reproductive journey — including pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. While we are not medical professionals, we serve as trusted community caregivers — like aunties — offering care, culture, and connection.
-
Peer Lactation Counseling
Our trained lactation counselor, Hazel Greene, offers in-home breastfeeding support for families in Neah Bay, WA. We love to connect with parents before birth to help them prepare for feeding, and we’re also available after birth to provide visits that troubleshoot challenges and support a successful feeding journey.

Makah Children's Playgroup
Our community playgroup is an opportunity for families to connect, share, and learn together. Through songs, stories, dances, and activities, we help reinforce Makah language and teachings in the home. Families are encouraged to check our social media for upcoming group dates and details.
